To link into the RE unit of “Images of God”, students planned and designed images of Jesus, Mary and God. They used symbols to represent Jesus, Mary and God. Students had to open a black and white template of the babushka doll in MS Paint. They drew their symbols, resizing and positioning… then… used the select tool to copy and paste the babushka. They pasted a copy and resized it from largest to smallest.
A great lesson to practise copy and pasting, as well as, resizing and positioning! The children enjoyed this lesson. It took about 2-3 hours to complete.
